Seasonal Library Days and Times

Book drops are located at the Library's front entrance on State Street, and at Shaw's Supermarket on Storey Avenue.
When the Newburyport Public Schools are closed because of weather, the Library will open at 10:30 am or later if necessary. Unscheduled closings will be posted on the Library website as soon as possible.

Directions
From I95N, take exit 57 and bear right onto Rt. 113 East, Storey Avenue, or from I95S, take exit 57 and bear left onto Rt. 113 East. Storey Avenue merges into High Street. Continue on High Street, take a left onto Green Street – the Superior Courthouse will be on your right. Follow Green Street one block, turn right onto Harris Street. Where Harris Street intersects with State Street, there is a municipal parking lot on the right.
