Sign Up for Summer Reading Logs
June 14 – July 1 | 9:00 am – 9:00 pm
Sign up for Summer Reading Logs can now be done online! Beginning Monday, June 14 children entering Grades K – 6 may sign up for their summer reading logs. You may use the traditional paper logs and those will be available at the Children’s Desk on June 14. OR you may sign up online at www.readsinma.org/newburyport - you can also find a link to the online summer reading logs on the Childrens Room page of our Library website. Both methods will work the same way. Children keep track of the minutes they read or are read to in 30-minute increments. There will be weekly prize drawings and an end of the summer ice cream party for all who participated.
NewNoWriMo: Creative Writing Group for Teens

Always too busy to write during NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) in November? Join other teens in grades 7-12 for inspiration and encouragement as you write that novel, play, short story, creative nonfiction piece, or any other work that you never have time to write!
