WWII Tuskegee Airmen Program

February 27 | 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

James Sheppard was one of a small group of African Americans selected to be part of the Tuskegee Airmen during Second World War. Staff Sargent Sheppard will share his experiences and the story of the Tuskegee Airmen while on active service in Alabama, North Africa, and Italy during World War II. This free event is sponsored by the Friends of the Library, and will take place in the Program Room. All are welcome.
