Obscure December Holiday Cookie Decorating for Teens

Did you know that December is Bingo's Birthday Month or that it's National Tie Month? How about National Cat Herders Day, which takes place on December 15th? Teens in grades 7 through 12 are welcome to join us as we celebrate the obscure holidays that are overshadowed during the last month of the year by decorating cookies.
