Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher This haunting novel follows the journey of thirteen taped monologues as they make their way to each person the narrator, Hannah, holds responsible for her decision to commit suicide. When the tapes reach Clay, he is devastated. He cannot understand why she would have included his name, but he will soon find out. All he has to do is listen to the painful events leading up to Hannah's demise. Alternating between Clay's reactions to the tapes and the tapes themselves, Asher creates a somber and memorable read. Please sign up at the Information Desk, and order your own copy of the book. Request it early, so you get it in time. As always, snacks will be provided.
