Improve your physical and mental well-being by joining us for yoga and mindfulness practice. This is a virtual class which is being held outdoors to a very limited number of participants. Please read below to see how you can participate. Please note that we will be evaluating how long we can do outdoor classes as the weather gets colder, and will change the website description when we decide to move to all virtual classes.

Virtual Class

All are welcome to participate (via Zoom) in our weekly Yoga & Mindfulness class led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jessalynn Hudgins. We encourage people of all ages and abilities to attend virtually. The virtual portion of this class is drop in.

Outdoor Class-

Jess will simultaneously be conducting the streamed class on the grounds of Historic New England’s Spencer Pierce Little Farm, 5 Little’s Ln, Newbury, MA 01951. Due to social distancing constraints, the outdoor in person class is by registration only, with a limit of 25 participants. Sanitized yoga mats are available for the in person component, but participants are encouraged to bring their own if possible. Please wear comfortable clothing. People wanting to attend the in person class should call 978-465-4428 x242 beginning Wednesday mornings at 9 am.

Jess’s classes are fun, engaging, and adaptable to suit all levels. She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. Jess especially enjoys incorporating meditation and breathing practices into her classes, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its asanas, or postures. She has experience teaching individuals of all ages, experience levels, and abilities.

Jess received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia. She studied under two teachers from Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga - and an American who was also trained under the Himalayan Yoga Association. Their combined knowledge and the tranquil setting of the Southeast Pacific allowed her to truly immerse herself in experiencing this authentic, Eastern approach to the practice.
