Event Yoga and Mindfulness Class (OFF SITE)

Improve your physical and mental well-being by joining us for yoga and mindfulness practice. Our weekly Yoga & Mindfulness class is led by Registered Yoga Teacher Jessalynn Hudgins. We encourage people of all ages and abilities to participate.

Jess will be conducting class on the Bartlet Mall in Newburyport. This class does not require registration. The class will be socially distanced. The instructor and the Library reserve the right to limit the class size should it become impossible to keep people safely spaced apart. Yoga mats will not be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Jess’s classes are fun, engaging, and adaptable to suit all levels. She is committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. Jess especially enjoys incorporating meditation and breathing practices into her classes, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its asanas, or postures. She has experience teaching individuals of all ages, experience levels, and abilities.
