Improve your physical and mental well-being by joining us for yoga and mindfulness practice. Outdoor yoga is over for the season, but we are still meeting on Zoom! Our weekly Zoom Yoga & Mindfulness classes are led by Registered Yoga Teachers Jessalynn Hudgins and Ree Coleman. We encourage people of all ages and abilities to participate. Jess and Ree’s classes are fun, engaging, and adaptable to suit all levels. They are committed to providing an enriching mind-body experience while focusing on breath, alignment, and posture. They both enjoy incorporating meditation and breathing practices into their classes, as breath and mindfulness are the necessary foundations to yoga and all of its asanas, or postures.
Jess received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification from Bali Yoga School in Bali, Indonesia. She studied under two teachers from Rishikesh, India - the birthplace of yoga - and an American who was also trained under the Himalayan Yoga Association. Their combined knowledge and the tranquil setting of the Southeast Pacific allowed her to truly immerse herself in experiencing this authentic, Eastern approach to the practice.
Ree is a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor since 1997 with a passion for Kriyas, Meditation, and Mantra to balance body, mind, and soul. She is also a Natural Vision Improvement teacher. She has taught yoga, natural vision improvement, meditation, and healthy ergonomics at Senior Centers, Yoga Centers, Adult Education centers, and gyms for over 20 years. She has taught people of all ages.
