September 30, 2021 | 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

The Newburyport Public Library and the Amesbury Public Library are excited to be collaborating on a four part lecture series on Anti-Racism and Liberation.

In the second session of this series, Dr. Kate Slater returns with Bobby Morgan, educator and founder of the Liberation Lab to speak about anti-racism and liberation. They will explain the process of racial reframing in anti-racism work, using Dr. Bree Picower’s research to orient attendees to the four phases of racial reframing. The session will be organized as a lecture and then finish with a Q&A.
